My husband and I recently purchased a Manhattan fixer-upper and Isaac and his team turned it from a 0 into our dream apartment! With them we did two bathroom remodels, new window installation, a complete kitchen remodel, new wood floors, a custom-built entertainment center, painting, and electrical work throughout the entire apartment. We could not be more thrilled with the results! Not only does Alliance Construction do excellent work, they are also extremely professional, polite, responsive, and attentive. One of our close friends recently came over to see the results of our renovation. She was so wow-ed by the results that she called alliance the next day to hire them for her own home renovation project! Since then we have already recommended alliance to two other friends! Total professions. From their quote, which was very detailed and competitive, to the tidy preparation and finishing up, Isaac and his team worked quickly and efficiently to transform our Upper West Side back yard from an area devastated by a big tree fall to a lovely usable space; pictured below. Isaac advised us on what materials would work best and the design. He also saved us a lot of money by cleaning up and reusing the pre-existing pavers, and finding more identical ones, even though the pavers were more than 10 years old. He also mended the broken fence instead of replacing it. The project was finished ahead of the time. We have gone on to hire Isaac and his team for two bathroom renovations and am very pleased with the speed and precision of the work.

I have used Alliance General Construction for numerous projects over the past few years and have always been very pleased with the work they performed. Isaac is truly a pleasure to work with.
