Along with his crew, which are all family members, they were quick, thorough and competitively priced, especially for the level of care and quality of the workmanship. I was impressed with their level of knowledge, and that they only recommended what it was I actually needed...not what they could have sold me. When finished, they left my property cleaner than it was when they got there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any roof repair, big or small. Thanks guys! |

Ron Ferris did our estimate, and he's the only roofer who actually went up on my roof to look around before he gave me a price. His 50 years in roofing showed as he answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Communication with Darlene re: scheduling the job was great. Ron's son Matt and his crew arrived at 7 every day and took the time to work their way around a very complex roof. They cleaned up so thoroughly at the end of the day that you wouldn't even know a roofing crew had been at the house. Before they left yesterday, three members of the crew were on hands and knees making sure every last piece of debris was picked up. Matt regularly updated me on issues the team uncovered during the tear off and his plan for fixing them. This is a team that clearly cares about getting the job done right. The roof looks awesome, and we notice a huge difference in our upstairs now that we have ridge vents installed. Great experience! |
