| Karen Bush | Went to Lowes, line to get in was too long. Went to HEP to get two pieces of wood. No one manning lumber yard. Picked out what we needed. One piece was labeled, one was not. Went to register to check out, could only describe what we needed. Cashier did not offer to get someone from lumber to assist us, just took a stab at products we were looking for. We then went back to lumber yard and an employee from lumber walked across parking lot to meet us. Whole receipt was wrong. We got what we needed. He told us, come back in and get refund...11 cents and not a heck of a lot of friendliness. Disappointed |

Not only was it less expensive to order my custom door from HEP than using a big-box store by at least a couple hundred dollars they were able to customize my order and get it to me in 3 days, while the big box stores would have taken at least 6 weeks. Just another reason to shop local!! |
| Michael Shores | They have everything at better prices than Lowe's. Example toilet wax seal with flange 1.49 Lowe's same seal 6.98. Unfortunately even though you park close it sometimes it takes a while to check out. They have this Arcanine system where the clerk must memorize all part numbers it seems nothing is scannable. |
