We have used his services multiple times for various reasons and he is consistently wonderful. Recently, he fixed a radiant-heat floor that no one else was able to fix. It was in a small room, so we just gave up on it. Jack was here for a separate issue and when he asked me about this additional zone, I told him not to worry about it because it never works. He asked my permission to try and within minutes, he had my radiant heat working again. He's humble, personable and I highly recommend him! |
