They came out in a matter of a couple days, inspected my roof and then sat down with me to show me what needed to be done. No frills, no up-sales, just a good honest description of what I had and what I needed to do. They provided me an estimate the same day and offered to work with my insurance company to try to cover the remainder. I agreed so over the next few weeks they worked with my Insurance company and were able to get the full amount approved! Saved me a lot of . The crew that came out was quick, and did a professional job. They even took pictures throughout the job to show me that everything was done correctly and would last for years to come. I now have a brand new roof that I know was installed correctly and have the pictures to prove it. I am so happy I decided to use Litespeed. They were able to get out to my house quickly and Kirby shot a video of his roof inspection. His video explained his concerns clearly and he showed examples of what he was looking at. He followed up with a phone call where he reiterated his concerns and he took the time to explain what each issue meant to the integrity of the roof. Their website has a ton of great information.
