| Marsha Burney | WOW!!! My experience today with BCI was AWESOME -- absolutely AWESOME!! I have had a metal roof for about 9 years, but yesterday I noticed a stain on my ceiling. I tried to get up with the guy independent roofer who installed it, but he's apparently gone out of business. We're expecting another big rain in 2 days, and I was frantic. I called BCI this morning and talked to Mark. He said he would be at my house by noon to give me an estimate, and he was. Mark looked at my issue, went on my roof, did an inspection, took pictures on his phone, sat down with me to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and gave me an estimate. It was obvious Mark knew what he was talking about and knew how to fix my problem and stop my leak. When I asked how soon he could get to me to do the work because I was afraid of more damage with the pending rain, he said he would do it this afternoon!!! My roof has been fixed. My problem has been solved. I am thrilled with the customer service, the professionalism, and the expediency BCI gave me. If I could give 100 stars on this review, I certainly would. |
