| Lee Pridgeon | On June 14 I called Roof maker to get a quote at which time I was told they would send someone out to take pictures and once that was done they would get me a price. Couple weeks later they sent someone out to take the pictures, no call received. Two weeks ago I called to check on it and was told the mom had been on vacation and she does the quotes but now that she's back I should hear something by Wednesday or Thursday. Still no call. I call on Tuesday and the mother answers and says she needs to look into it and will call me back. Today August 8th I call again, why am I bothering I don't know, Divina the mother tells me that because it is a low roof Greg needs to call me back, at which time I tell her just forget it, if it takes this long to get a quote I can't imagine how long it would take them to get the job done. |
