Dave’s Roof Repair – Roofing Contractor in Cary, North Carolina

After some recent heavy rain, we developed a leak under a skylight in our dining room. We contacted the company who installed our roof. We were told they would only offer a 30 day warranty on repair work, therefore, we opted to look elsewhere for a solution. We had heard radio commercials for Dave's Roof Repair, so, after reading reviews on Nextdoor, Yelp and Google, we decided to contact Dave. We described the issue and set up an appointment for him to come out to our house. Dave arrived on time and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Dave was very careful and considerate of our property, he placed protective covers on his ladder to ensure he would not damage our new gutters. We agreed on his proposed price and within 30 minutes, he had completed his work. We believe the price was reasonable and he offered us a 3 year warranty on the repair! We will definitely contact Dave again should we have issues with our roof!

We had a very tricky leak in the roof and Dave did an excellent job of fixing it. He's an extremely professional, efficient, and skilled tradesman. Highly recommend him to those with leaky roof.
