I had my whole roof replace on a rental home I own in Rock Hill SC. Chris and his office staff are very professional and priced extremely fair. He showed up with a crew of 4 roofers, put tarps all around the house to catch the old shingles and completed the roof in one day. The best part was they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!!

They change their word! And they marked the rates up 100! Was it out of convenience? Maybe in season? Was it oversight on their first visit? Either scenario would make me reluctant to do business with them. Bogus claim that the damage is worse because it has been COMPLETELY covered and DRY these last 90 days. I was considering them until they attempted to gouge me... price went from just under 3,500 to over 7,000. Sounds shady to me, and when I brought this to Patricia's attention she basically said that I can go elsewhere rather than excuse the lie that the damage was worse. When this site allows me to load pix I will. I made sure that the damage didn't get worse as I saved up for the job. And come to think of it, the two year warranty is kind of cheapens their confidence if you ask me. I mean if you have a roof that actually lasts 15 to 30 years and they come and fix it why only guarantee to your work for such a relatively short period of time? I can see a business like that going back on all their claims later on and not honoring their warranty. I didn't see a single warranty praising their warranty so Im left to doubt that they honor it. Come to think of it, they've only been in business for as long as their warranty is supposed to last so I'm left to wonder if they'll close shop and open under a different name when the 2 year warranty claims start rolling in. I was trying to understand all the good reviews, maybe many of them are still under the two year threshold. And yet that warranty is supposedly why Patricia says that you can find better prices elsewhere. I will definitely find a better price elsewhere and I might even get a better warranty than just two years on a roof which, apart from a dumb skylight, probably has another quarter century to go! Bye Drip-drop, drippity drop, or drip-drip roofing, or whatever you're called. No thank you, not today! When this website permits me I will load pix of the bogus estimates along with the before and current pix of my roof & it will be obvious that they manipulate their pricing in their favor against the customer when it's convenient to do so. Forget their self-promoting pix which fill this forum. Then you can be the judge if they remain a fair company that I was led to think after reading previous short-sighted reviews. Nowadays it is common to have fake reviews. There are too many options out there to experience this kind of predatory pricing strategy and poor customer service.
