The Roofing Guys LLC – Roofing Contractor in Charlotte, North Carolina

I went through Angie's List. The top two companies called me, set up appointments. Neil from the Roofing Guys also called later that day and said he would call me back after the other two companies put in their bid. The top two companies recommended by Angie's List did not make their appointments or even call to let me know they weren't coming or not interested. Neil called me back and set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. Even though it was a small job replacing a sheet of plywood and two roof boots, Neil treated it like it was just as important to him as it was to me. Two days later it was fixed, they did such a good job matching the shingles I can't even tell where they did their work. Fantastic job, professional quality workers that are courteous and friendly. I am keeping Neil's card and I am recommending him to all my friends, family and coworkers.

Long story short they came by the house, gave me an estimate and I gave them the go ahead. Said they were trying to get more money from the insurance company so I just waited. Couple weeks went by with no contact, started calling and leaving messages with no return call. After about 2 more weeks of calling every other day I just gave up. Wasted about a month of my time.

The Roofing Guys did an amazing job on our new roof. They worked through the entire insurance process meet with from meeting with our adjuster and more importantly providing us with a beautiful new roof. We have already referred them to friends.
