Heritage showed up at my door after our neighborhood experienced a hail storm in May 2019. We were promised a turn key job and a 250 discount if we put a sign in our yard advertising for them as well as a rebate check from the shingle manufacturer for 250 for a veterans discount. It is now almost a year later and we have yet to recieve the veterans discount. We have called both Heritage and the shingle manufacturer only to get a run around. Heritage admitted that they didnt turn in the paperwork but said they did several months after we relayed what the manufacturer told us. As far as quality and workmanship goes, they were replacing fascia as part of the job. Thankfully we were at home when they were doing the work because they were going to put the new fascia directly on top of rotted wood. We knew that would be an extra charge to replace the underlying rot, but if we didn't, the new would have fallen off shortly after being installed. Beware!!!! And make sure you are home while they install if you choose to use them!
