Had Gary come do repair work and was not done correct at all called him for months to come correct after getting 2 other estimates for what should have been done He would tell me he was coming when he would return my calls at other times he would not even answer my call He never showed up I have paid this man for work he did not do Now I have get someone else correct his work and hire an attorney to get my money back I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE HIM OR THIS COMPANY

Mr. Gary Burris with Carolina roofing gave me a quote on having my shingles replaced in February of this year. I decided to work with him and approx. 3 weeks later he started the job and it was completed with in 2-3 days at the end of march. Initially I was satisfied with the job until it rained. The first time it rained I had 3 of my vents leak and a skylight- The skylight was so bad that water was pouring out of it into my bathtub. I ended of going on top of the house at night in the rain and putting patching on the vents. This stopped 2 of the vents from leaking. Later I called Gary Burris who told me he would be out the next day to fix it. He never showed and I waited all day for him I called and text him during the day and he never answered and I even took off of work. At the end of the day he told me that he had been in SC all day and did not have the decency to tell me. He then told me he would be out at 9 am the next day Once again I took off work. I waited till 12 pm and he never showed up. I then contacted him and he text me and stated he would be there at 3 pm. At 3 he did not show up and then after I text him he stated he was getting stuff and was on his way out. He never came and has never contacted me since then. As a result I had to go back up on the roof and put more patching around the vent. This stopped the leak until this past rain with hurricane Florence. The leak came back. Mr Burris's yellow page states that he is honest and dependable - this is not the case. He also wrote on my quote that he guarantees his work for 10 years however this is also not the case. I took the light and fan out of my vents and they were so damaged from his work that they are the cause of my leak. I would not recommend him to do any work - You would be better off finding a different company. I would estimate that with time off of work and damage to my ceiling that I have lost around 2000 due to his poor work ethic.
