Tim Clark | Did a great job on my mother in law's cabin, and at a reasonable price . |
Dawn McFadden | They installed our roof shortly before we bought the home. Leaks all down the chimney on the inside of home. When I called I was told to find someone else to fix it. Guess warranties aren't part of their service. |
Bill Smith | They did a great job of installing a metal roof over my deck several years ago. But when I asked for a snow retention system for my entire cabin's roof, they recommended and installed a snow bar system instead of cleats. The cabin is underneath so many trees, that the falling leaves create a dam and backs up the water resulting in it seeping under the over lapping metal panels and causing damp rot to the plywood underlayment from the bar's location down to the roofs' edges of about 2 ft. They failed to tell me this would happen and that it would require climbing up onto the roof and blowing the leaves off multiple times a year. Cleats would obviously have been the preferred system. The cost of the bars was slightly less expensive in installing, but are extremely burdensome being so labor intensive to keep clear of leaves. I have finally just removed these bars for this reason. |
