| Margaret Reynolds | Stay away. Hired David to do roof and siding on small apartment building. I paid him 18,000. Job was suppose to be done in a month to a month and a half and it took 3 month. He would stop my job to take another one.He left the roof exposed to the rain which then damaged ceilings and floors in 3 of the apartments. He did fix the ceilings but not very well. I still have to pull out all of the carpet and some tile and replace it. He ran out of roofing tiles and instead of getting more of the same color just finished the roof with whatever he had from another job. 10 days after he finished, the siding and soffit started falling off and it took 3 weeks and a letter threatening legal action for him to fix it. He tried to claim the tree removal people messed it up but now 6 months later and more siding and soffit are falling off.He kept asking for money even though I gave him almost 9000 before he even started. Save yourself the hassle and just call Moore's Roofing. The photos are of this last time the siding is falling off. |
