| Nichole Barnes | I gave one star because it made me in order to write this review. This man is over the top frustrating to deal with...We were recommended to him for roof repairs. While trying to explain our situation with insurance and damage he constantly interrupted me with, "I've been doing this for 40 years and I know what I'm talking about"...after again trying to explain what we were facing, he became complacent and I was unable to speak. He went as far as to say that I had no idea what I was talking about insurance information that was needed. I ended up having to hang up on him because he became so difficult to talk to - I do not recommend him to anyone that wants a contractor that is easy to work with or have a conversation with about your situation. Run - he is a hot head! |
