BGC Expert Contractors – Roofing Contractor in Garner, North Carolina

Very pleasant experience working with BGC contractors. After a storm went through, we found missing shingles on our yard. We contacted BGC for advice and they quickly arranged an inspection with our insurance company. Regional manager Ryan was very helpful and informative, we didn't have to worry about making time to meet with the adjuster, that was taken care of and scheduled for us. The next day we were notified that our roof was approved for a full replacement! We were provided with plenty of roof samples to choose from and once we found one we liked, we were contacted by the scheduling team and arranged a day for the work to be completed. We were worried that we would have to wait a long time for the crew to come out but they were able to schedule is the week after our inspection was complete. The crew came out on the scheduled day, and the crewmen were so nice. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up all debris from our yard, none of our landscaping was damaged and the yard was left in perfect condition. An overall great experience choosing BGC contractors!

BGC deserves a 10/10 for everything I could rate them for. Communication was fantastic - they explained every part of the process and set expectations regarding insurance, payment, and day of service. Work was done in one day for a smallish house. Cleanup was near perfect. I'd 100 recommend these folks to anyone looking to get roof work done.

Brian is great very knowledgeable and on time! They helped me figure out a problem I was having with my roof and solar Panels, met with my insurance adjuster and got the job done and it's just perfect! No more leaks! Their roofing crews are very professional and very experienced. My job which I thought was a big deal do to the solar panels was a walk in the park for them!
