He explained everything thoroughly and took his time to make sure I understood every detail. I dare say he went above and beyond at every junction. His crew was professional and friendly. Brad McCauley came out and immediately fixed the problem at no cost to me. He further inspected my roof and gutters and walked me through everything that he had inspected in terms that I could understand. I sensed his level of care right away. He was so patient and established not just a rapport, a bond with me. He saw other needs to my home to be addressed and he made repairs at no charge. I had a utility house redone and when the design was not exceptional, he made it so that it was. In fact, all of the work that he and his team completed was so impressive. I am so confident in his expertise but even more so, I believe he CARES about his clients.
