Trevor was responsive and professional throughout the entire process of having a new roof put on our home. His estimate was thorough and detailed and fair, he fit us into his busy schedule within a couple of weeks, sent me photos of the roof being replaced as it was happening, left the yard spotless, and had the nicest crew working with him. To top it all off he brought us a box of cookies today to thank us for choosing him to do our roof. Unbelievably kind. So glad to have a go-to local business- if I ever have a roofing issue I know who I'm going to call.

You and your team did a great job on my mom's house, what a pleasant experience!! You went above and beyond your scope of work and services. She had a leak on her house before the hurricane last year, called him a to repair and he was there the same day. He was very informative and helped suggest the right color of shingle. He even rode around the neighborhood to help out with the color selection. He takes pride in his job, business, and his customers are his number one priority. From our first meeting to his final inspection his communication with us was on point Trevor and his crew were awesome! His crew was polite, were respectful with noise, and their house keeping was awesome Trevor was always on-site every step of the explaining what was happening and going on My mom was nervous about picking a contractor but Trevor out her at ease and helped her out by answering all her concerns and questions She was so excited about her new roof. To say Trevor went above and beyond would be an understatement. I called Atwell on Sunday afternoon about a minor roof leak on my screen porch. Trevor came by to take a look on Tuesday. He immediately found the problem, explained the issue to me and how it needed to be resolved and even took before and after pictures while he was up on the roof to show me. He was able to repair the problem while he was here. To top it all off, he didn't even charge me for the visit!! I would have gladly paid for it given his prompt response time and outstanding customer service, but he simply told me a hand shake was good enough. How awesome is that!!! I would highly recommend Atwell for any exterior needs. Trevor will be getting all of my business going forward!!
