I was having a hard time finding someone to come out to fix 1 shingle that blew off from our storm two weeks ago. I called the Roof Mentors and was giving a time frame of one week. Which I was ecstatic about. Then later on that afternoon was contacted that he could come out same day. They inspected my roof and replaced the shingle. Very professional and personable. Will definitely use them in the future for when I need roof repairs. Its was nice to finally find reliable service!

The Roof Mentors are patient, professional and very knowledgable. They took the time to explain the full process of roof replacement to include various possibilities throughout the process. They provided diagrams to show you each step your roof replacement would go through. They responded quickly to inquiries, questions and concerns. They are willing to explain the process to ensure you make an informed decision. When you have a question, they answer it. The Roof mentors never pressured me to make a decision which is a valued trait when undertaking a full roof replacement. They worked with my insurance adjuster. I didn't have to worry about anything. During the replacement they had a site manager that stayed on site for the project. The owners were involved through the entire process from shingle color selection through the final completion. Among the many positive attributes they possess, they are honest, respectful and patient. I changed my mind about the roof color about 10 times. Each time the brought a new sample over with a smile on their face. Their customers service is exceptional. They treated me like family. They wanted to ensure I was completely comfortable with my selection and understood the process. I would most certainly use them again.
