ERT replaced my shingles, gutters, down spouts and gutter guards. I was unfamiliar with insurance claims and Aaron helped me understand the process. While the shingles were being installed, they took the opportunity to blow in new insulation from the outside. The owner personally came by to ensure all work was done well. I'm pleased with all the work performed. I have seen a decrease in my electric bill since adding the insulation. There were a couple of small issues after installation. They were immediately addressed. I have been impressed by the level of customer service I have received. I highly recommend ERT.

We employed ERT to make some repairs to our roof that turned up under inspection. They were very attentive and provided the service quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. The project supervisor, Aaron, was readily available by phone before and after work hours. He repeatedly stopped by to check progress and give us updates. Overall a good experience considering paying for roof repairs is no fun.
