Ihrie Supply staff is a refreshing group of people who are committed to actually helping rather than just showing up. Reminds me of how it used to be 30 years ago. In a good way!

I am so grateful to Todd for all the help and advise he has given us during the building of our dream home. He saved us from a nightmare and helped us in many ways. Always made the time for us to answer any plumbing questions. His calm manner put me at ease right away. I knew we made the right choice coming to Ihrie plumbing supply and tell anyone looking for any plumbing supplies to give Todd a call. I also need to mention Holly in the showroom she stepped right up to the plate and helped to get us parts that were missing . Holly made finishing our bathrooms easy.

I have never been so upset with a business. They have no customer service when it comes to ordering what the customer ordered I think to many hands in the ordering process. Ordered vanity first part of January and finally received right vanity March 16 what a joke. Had to store wrong vanity for them until today. Did not receive any knobs as new invoice said no knobs guess the money I pay for knobs was used for something else. What a joke this place is. Had to pay in full when ordered and had to call several time before we finally received a vanity with no knobs that we paid for. Sure does feel like something is wrong with this picture. Will never do business with this place again and will tell everyone to stay away from them!!!
