Randy C. Huffman Construction Company – Roofing Contractor in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina

First off, I'm areasonable guy and I understand things happen and all jobs just sometimes don't turn out right the first time, Also impressions of Randy are he is a pretty nice guy but that doesn't speak for his word and work..After having Randy come personally on the 3rd repair on a simple garage door install gone bad with a slipping and sticking door that eventually fell and dented door panels right before his own eyes second time this happened I was told more panels would be ordered and id be able to get new window panels and they would arrive in just 3 weeks. Upon waiting on the new panels the door started to slip AGAIN. I tried calling and texting Randy with photos of the garage door not opening with no response at all to this day and that was at least a month ago. I took it upon myself at this point to investigate the door bc I was desperate, I was able to find 2 screws loose that attach the gear/chain from the motor to the rod/spring that lifts the door. Problem solved in about 5 minutes and has worked like a champ for well over a month now still with no response from Randy about the photo I sent him, or the calls I made to him, oh yea, or the mysterious window panels and replacement panels from him PERSONALLY dropping the door and denting the panels. 3 weeks is the amount of time I was told til new panels would come in, that was 2 months ago and now he avoids my text and phone calls. We all get busy, we all have things to do. But bottom line you get paid for a job, good money for a good job. I paid good money, but never received that good job and it seems like I'm just gonna have to deal with these dented panels as long as i own my home.. Wish i could recommend Randy, he seems like a nice guy, but I just can't based on my experience.
