Chris, Javi, and Steve of Rodas Construction have worked their hardest to make our dream of a screened porch a realty over the past 6 months while still being affordable! We look forward to meals outside with mesh screens to keep bugs out and a pleasant, relaxing breeze. Hands down, best investment we could make and certainly one we're enjoying!

Rodas Construction repaired tree-damage of our roof and re-shingled the entire roof. Their salesman, John Holt, is the ONLY one that presented a reasonable plan/price from the beginning. He was attentive to our needs & concerns and he stayed in touch to ensure that all was satisfactory as the work progressed. Project Manager Jhave Rodas came to the site at the beginning and periodically through the job to be sure all was being done to our satisfaction. Installers Rafael and; Edwardo lead an outstanding crew of workers. They did extremely well. We had our roof and gutters replaced because of storm damage by Rodas Construction in November of 2019. Chris Holland was our Captain that navigated us through the entire process. From roof inspection, providing material and color options, supplying samples, contract negotiations, insurance liaison, project management, etc. Chris did it all. He climbed and crawled through our attic to secure gas lines away from the roof to prevent any nail punctures. Chris was very responsive, professional and pleasant to interact with. He was very patient with the numerous calls, emails and texts and made sure to take time and answer all our questions and to ensure we understood all the details. Chris was also extremely patient when we were delayed 30 days waiting on HOA approval before starting the project. Once we got underway, Chris was in constant communication as to who was showing up, what was being done and when work was starting. He made sure clean-up was done right. Due to 3 different subcontracting companies being used, the time to complete the job was about 3 days in a 10 day period there were some rain delays, including replacing a steep sloped shingle roof, replacing a metal roof over a porch, and replacing all gutters and downspouts. We are extremely happy with the finished result and are assured by the quality and warranty behind the work. Our home looks beautiful!
