Window King of Sanford Kenneth Garrett was a pleasure to work with. I had a leak in my house and he very promptly set up a time to come and repair the issue. His foreman ensured the work was accomplished and that I was happy with the it prior to his departure. I feel his pricing was more than reasonable and even came in under what he originally quoted me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will definitely contact him for any future issues with my home.

I did a lot of research in choosing a roofer. My neighbor used Kenneth and I really did like the job he did for them, but I wanted to do my research because this is an investment. I got so much information from roofers and information differed from one to another. One thing Kenneth offers is hand nailing. I did research on this technique and roofing experts agree that hand nailing is the best thing to do. However what sold me choosing Kenneth is himself. Very straight forward, cares about what you want, explained everything about the job. My roof was installed 4/8 and 4/9. Great friendly crew. Everything was cleaned up like they weren't even there. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT!!!!

When it came time for our roof to be replaced, naturally we went with a local business as they know the area and add a personal touch to their work. The proprietor, Kenny, was instrumental in explaining the process and always available throughout if we had any questions that arose. Big commendations to the crew; super courteous and always available to explain the next step and what to expect.
