Not the way it should have been done!". Followed by a we'll get out here and fix it. That was over a month ago. Tried going on line to reach them...website down. So it's was last year in Nov when I was told they'd be out to fix...nothing...nada! I'm going to end up ripping down the one and hiring somebody to fix. Costly mistake..DON"T EVER USE!!

Then would not schedule a warranty appointment. The women in the office actually yelled at me. Do Not use them. Looks like its a similar story for all.
