I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the technician, the professionalism of him coming into my house and addressing the issue. I appreciated him explaining it in easy detail and reassuring that he knew exactly what was going on and how we could fix it in a very timely manner.

I appreciated the great response and professionalism of the technician that came to fix my furnace and AC unit. He did a great job explaining to me what was happening with the unit, how he was addressing it, taking care of it and reassuring that he was going to be able to fix it on that one visit.

When our storage heater stopped working I discovered it may be difficult to fix because it isn't a common type heater in this area. Kip showed up almost immediately after we called and by the following day he had several options on how we could either fix or replace our heater and was very confident their technicians would have no problems with our type of heating system. Once the parts arrived Marty was here early in the morning and replaced the coils in our storage heater in about an hour and a half. Everyone at Gibb is amazingly helpful, they answered all of the questions we had including the silly ones, and even came in under their estimate for our repairs. I would highly recommend Robert Gibb for any heating repair or replacement issues you may have.
