Menards – Roofing Contractor in Grand Forks, North Dakota

The gal working the customer service desk yesterday I unfortunately didn't catch her name was super helpful about getting my pickup order ready ahead of schedule we are from out of town and I should have given them more time with this pandemic, I was not thinking....she sent me back to order pickup and Derek saw the situation and handled it himself. He had a little difficulty finding my items but the rest of the staff was kind enough to keep me informed and give me some options. I am very impressed with the customer service in this department and their willingness to go above and beyond as a team, even in these difficult times. You guys rock!

Great staff and store.

We ordered everything on-line for the sake of limiting the amount of contact to individuals not following health guidelines. We were hoping to drive up by the warehouse to pick up our items but this was not the case. We still had to go in the building, had to sign on a pad, there wasn't any hand sanitizer in sight and no one followed the tape on the floor for walking directions and distancing guidelines. Some employees wore their masks on their necks or only covered their mouths. People walking everywhere without masks...unbelievable. Menards is handling this pandemic poorly!
