Their team is very professional! We had a very old dresser that we wanted to use as our bathroom vanity and their team came out and did an amazing job with the project. They took the time to ask questions and went above and beyond carefully cutting the dresser. This was my first time using them and will remain a loyal customer and would recommend their services.

Have delt with Vance and Sons several times now on many different projects ranging from a simple drain clean out up to major excavation in installing a gravel pad in my side yard. They have redone my downspouts puts in yard drain and lots more. They are completely family ran and operated with years of experience and each and every member is a pleasure to work with. I have to say Vance & Sons Save the Day. You don't know what kind of year we have had , trying to get someone out to the property to repair what originally was supposed to only be a curb box. Got screwed over by one company who took our money and ran with it and every other company we spoke with that looked at things said they would not touch it that Alliance city will not shut off water. After being highly recommended we had Vance & Sons go out to my property. They showed up first thing this morning for their estimate and are already out there marking things to do the job. This has been an urgent situation for a very long time and we constantly got pushed around and screwed over. After no help from Alliance city they started threatening legal action and have just been awful people. All along Alliance city has been turning an old gas valve and has made my life a living hell. Vance & Sons you don't know how grateful I am that you guys came out as promptly as You have to make things right for my friend that is staying in that home.
