This was the time frame that Dallas estimated it would take for them to get to me. The roofing crew was supposed to be at my home @ 0715, they arrived around 0900. I was told they had trouble finding my home, not a big deal. The crew worked until it was dark. They did a great job cleaning up after the job. The next day I noticed a few minor details they had missed. I called Feazel about my concerns. Joe was my project manager. He is a real friendly guy. He came back out to my home on Oct 10, and wrote up a work order to have the items corrected. The items were all corrected on Oct 22. Feazel was running a Labor Day promotion for veterans when my job was quoted. They cost a little more than some of the other quotes I was given. The deciding factor for me was that Feazel has a lifetime warranty on shingles and workmanship. Everyone else only had a 5 year warranty on workmanship. My roof looks great, I would go with Feazel again! |
