Biltmore Exteriors – Roofing Contractor in Canton, Ohio

My roof was replaced last year - they did a great job - it's a fairly big roof and they worked hard all day - after a year the roof still looks awesome - I saw a few shingles were sitting up a bit - called and they were out the next business day and I don't live around the corner - they were again professional and walked the roof - fixed the few issues and went on their way. I felt that they were accountable for the work they did which to me is a big deal. Thanks so much!

I chose this company because of the reviews but has been VERY disappointing. I set up an appointment and when the day came I waited and finally called at which time I was told that the person had lost track of time on a phone call. I know that happens so I let it go. They asked to come the next day at which I said yes they called prior to and we agreed on the time. I was waiting again and decided to call only to find out they were at a different address due to a computer glitch I was told so he finally got here. Seemed very nice and kind. I just told him I needed an estimate for the insurance company due to damage from the storm. That was a Friday afternoon and he said he could get it by Monday but maybe Tuesday which I agreed too. Wednesday comes and I'm really needing this estimate. I call that morning and leave a message for him. Later I email him and call bavk to the office at which time the secretary took a handwritten message and transferred me back to his voicemail and I left another message. FINALLY he decided to call at which time he tells me they have been busy and he probably wouldn't get to it that day but he had an office far the next day which was Thursday and IF he could basically JUSTIFY taking the time to finish the estimate he would contact me to get it but didn't think the insurance would pay much if anything at all which was fine. Here I am over a WEEK since he was here and I still haven't heard ANYTHING! It's definitely NOT about the customer. If they feel they can make money then that is who their priority is. I'm very DISAPPOINTED in this company as I was looking forward to potentially working with them. Do not waste your time here!
