We had a lot of trouble with this roofing company. Prior to starting the project, no one would meet with me in person. I wanted to speak about having my box gutters repaired as well, but it was difficult to get anyone, even by phone. I ended up choosing this company to replace my roof because they had a very competitive price, which I now regret. The work got pushed back several times without warning. When it finally started, it was completed quickly in a couple of days. The following weekend, there was a strong storm, and water poured into the area around my chimney ruining the upstairs closet and downstairs wall/ceiling see photos. The supervisor called me that night and sent someone two days later to assess the damage. It turns out the flashing around the chimney was done inappropriately. They did repair the damage free of charge, which I appreciated. One gentleman came to repair the damage. He was only allotted two days, and I ended up painting the area myself after he repaired it because he ran out of time to let it dry. A few months later, water began pouring into my kitchen around the other chimney. It took over a week of me taking time off work to wait at home for someone to assess it. I was told that something around the chimney had rusted, and it was repaired. It has been about a year since the roof was replaced, and I have not idea how long it will last. So far, I have not had any new issues. Over all, I appreciate that this company repaired all the things they damaged, but the process as a whole has been truly painful.
