What can I say- definitely a gem! You guys have been amazing from the first initial inspection. Not only was everyone educational and helpful, but they came in at half the price of a competitor! They were on time, and finished within a timely manner. Also, the guys were super respectful since I worked from home- kept noise to a minimum as best you can with jackhammering our foundation. Thankful we found you all and will definitely refer !

The team did a very nice job minimizing the disruption while completing the job. I had a major dig in my basement and the impact was very well contained. The project managers and team leaders spent a lot of time with me explaining all aspects of the job and answering my questions. Any time I called with questions leading up to the job, everyone was very responsive. I was amazed at how nice the lining looked in the pipe after it set. The finished concrete patch in my floor was a little rough but I was able to address that with some additional work prior to relaying my tile.

CME was very thorough in explaining to us what needed to be done to resolve our issue. They ran into a snag at the end when filling in the hole they had to make in my basement. When filling the hole with dirt, it was unsettled which could cause the concrete to not set evenly. Instead of rushing through the job, they consulted with one another and said they needed to come back the next day. They filled with gravel to ensure the concrete would set evenly. I appreciate when companies take the extra step to make sure the job is completed 100. In addition, they were all very polite. For as messy of job it was, they protected my surrounding carpet from all the mess. Thank you CME! No more worries of sewage coming up in the basement anymore!
