They came out on 4/16 to do an estimate on several items including an active roof leaking thru my ceiling...emailed them over the weekend and then waited until 4/22 to call them back... left a message desperately needing the work done... after 3 more emails and 2 more voice messages left they called Friday 4/27 and said they'd be out Monday to see me... they no called no showed again. Just really unbelievable. I hate to give someone a poor review during a pandemic... but how could anyone disagree with this after my experience? Still to this day never got an estimate from the one time they came out to our Wyoming home on 4/16. Save your frustration and call someone who will show up to their own appointments. |
