I needed my roof replaced and after meeting with 6 companies and getting 6 estimates we decided to use ACME Roofing & Siding. .The experience with ACME was excellent from start to finish. During the process of installing our roof, it was obvious that the crew was extremely skilled, professional and experienced. They truly cared about the job and wanted to see us completely satisfied with the overall result. Shaun answered any questions we had regarding the installation process be it techniques, materials, preventative maintenance etc. The team arrived on time and got started immediately. It was clear from the beginning that his team works together well and has a well-established process. They were able to complete my new roof, which included a complete tear off, removing the old flashing that had been installed incorrectly, installing new flashing, drip edge, new shingles and ridge vents, in two days. When finished my yard was free of all debris. After the job was completed, I was shown around my home and Shaun explained everything that was done to the roof with pride in the work showing. What a difference my new roof is compared to the previous one that was on my home when I bought it. I just love my new roof. They responded quickly to my call to make a plan to get out and check my roof on what must have been a super busy week for them. I thought for sure I needed my roof replaced and was so happy to learn they could make the necessary repairs to afford me the time to plan for the replacement. They kept in constant touch with me throughout the process and made me feel confident in their approach for the repairs. They re-installed and sealed the flashing on my front and back porch and inspected and sealed both chimneys. ACME Roofing and Siding just did my gutters and gave me a brand, new roof! I had a fantastic experience with ACME and the owner and his employees were extremely helpful and friendly. They came to my house, explained the whole process, gave me a reasonable quote that saved me thousands of dollars when compared to the other 6 quotes I got for my roof. I have a +1300 sqft. house and they were able to come out, rip off the old roof which had up to 4 layers of shingles melted together in some places repair and replace old and rotten wood in one day! It only took one more day to do brand new gutters and my house looks totally different. ACME is worth both your time and your money!
