STRONGLY advise against this company as they do not standby their roof warranty. I purchased a building that had a new roof put on by Allied that came w/ a 10-yr warranty. In year 6 there was a leak and the company came out and "fixed it." In year 7, the company came out and "fixed it," again. In year 8, now the owner is saying we are not under warranty because we did not pay for the warranty which we were never billed for AND, we were previously told the warranty transferred free of charge with deed of the property. Allied's owner claims they made an error sending someone out the first 2x and that he has since fired that employee responsible. When asked why we were never told of, nor billed for, an on-going warranty charge the owner became flustered. We asked the owner to uphold the warranty and FIX the problem as they previously failed the first 2x-->the owner then hung up.
