Discount Drains – Roofing Contractor in Columbus, Ohio

I first scheduled several companies for an estimate on a water heater install, and the first to call and arrive was Austin with Discount Drains. Austin was professional and thorough and his price estimate was well within our expectations so we approved the work and cancelled all other companies. Fortunately, we did because Discount Drains kept exceeding our expectations when their technician, Nick, showed up within a couple hours and just killed it. He replaced the water heater, swapped out some pipes, and we were back in business in no time. Friendly, efficient, timely, oh and did I mention friendly? A pleasure to have in my house and to do business with, would certainly recommend them to everyone who would need their services!!

BEFORE pedestal sink IN PROCESS other pictures AFTER vanity went with discount drains despite the fact I couldn't find many reviews about the company moving the plumbing drains for a renovation. They moved the plumbing from the right side wall to the center wall around 5 feet of plumbing. Knowing I needed to patch the dry wall myself, they were kind enough to offer coming back to install the new vanity once I finished the dry wall. This was great because I didn't have to try to figure it out after everything was installed because I would have no idea how to drywall once my new vanity and sink were put in. Definitely recommend!!!! They get you on the schedule quickly and will spend as much time needed to ensure a job well done.

Trevor did a great job! He came in through our warranty for a toilet issue that he quickly remedied and also discovered some unrelated issues with our water heating and piping in our basement. He is very detailed in his work and in noticing areas to improve the plumbing. Much appreciated!
