Billy was great but ownership and follow up are atrocious at best. Never signed the insurance waivers that were asked of me and thank GOD. Looks as though from reading others reviews that it's your typical storm chasing crew. They only care about screwing the insurance companies and not actually fixing what they are required to fix. Approximately two months later we received a certified letter from an attorney representing one of SSS's suppliers that is trying to put a lien on my mom's house because Storm Service Solutions did not pay their supplier. |
