| Josh H | We contracted Van Martin Roofing to fix leaking dormers that were in terrible shape. The leaks were causing damage to the first floor ceiling under the dormers. Dustin from Van Martin Roofing was prompt with arriving at our house at the scheduled time and getting a quote later that day. Within a week and a half of putting 25 down, they had not only fixed the dormers but also the flashing around the chimney, which we did not know what a problem based on the inspector. Based on the photo autopsy of the previous work we inherited when we bought the house, the previous work was very sloppy and was likely done by someone who should not have been allowed on a roof. The roofers in my opinion went well beyond a quick fix. Van Martin for leaking dormers! |
