Received an estimate 4/6/20. Accepted the estimate the next day to go ahead with the work. Almost a month went by and I had heard nothing from the company. Called multiple times. First time they said someone will call that week or the next, I never heard back. Left a message with them again and never got a return call. Finally I was able to reach them and was told they would be out the next day to do repairs. The next day got a text message the guy was sick and theyd have to reschedule. Once again did not hear back so I called again and was told athey would be out later that day to do the repairs. This time they just didn't show....no call or text. Would not recommend the company, they may do great work....if they ever come out to do it.

I recieved an estimate in July. returned it signed a couple of days later. Was told they were 4-6 weeks out. I waited for two months before l emailed asking when they would get to me. And if I needed to seek out another company to have work done. I was apologized to and told they had gotten behind because of the weather. I was fairly offended beings it had only rained may 3-4 times invalid two month period. I was assured they would be contacting me to schedule it soon. So I waited. Another couple weeks go by and I emailed again. Asked again if I needed to seek another company. Was assured they would be putting me on the schedule the next week. that was about three weeks ago. Now I'll be waiting until next year. thanks for nothing. Not to mention the missed appointment for estimate for more work I decided to have done. The sent me over a new estimate with new work but I declined. And went with original estimate. Mainly because I have no clue as to if the guy actually came out or not. Thanks for a complete waste of time.
