Elite Roofing and Restoration – Roofing Contractor in Fremont, Ohio

I hate leaving 1 start reviews but i review everyone because i think its important for people to know the experience I've had with Elite roofing and restorations. They are a local company to where i live. I have contacted this company several times and every time they say they will have someone call me back and no one ever does. I went on facebook to see how i could contact someone else and I called and messaged through them and i finally got a call back only to be hung up on so I called back immediately and a man answered and got my info and said he would be sending me a text after he gets my roof quoted from his boss and he did message me and told me he didnt have the quote yet but asked if they could come out the next day and asked for my address. I gave it to them that morning and never heard anything again from them and they never showed up either. So i tried calling again and messaging again and never got a response! Its important to me to support local businesses and these guys are supposed to be right in my town but they never get back to me! Very disappointing!!! It actually makes me wonder if they just dont care for my business. I really wanted to get my roof quoted from them just to support these local guys. I just dont think I will be trying again! I would love for someone from the company to come out and get this done and I will change my review if need be but for now this was my experiences with Elite roofing and restoration.
