We were told they could fix the leak on our roof and if it wasn't fixed, they would keep coming back until it was. After 5 trips to our house it was still leaking. When we called to see what it would cost to replace the whole roof and make the part that was leaking flat, we were told they couldn't do a flat roof. The receptionist was incredibly rude, & when we asked "what do we do from here? We paid you to fix it and it's not." she told us it's only 95 guarantee and the money we paid to fix it was postponing the inevitable. But it was never fixed nor postponed and seemed to have caused more damage than had we left it alone. Not at all apologetic nor was any effort made to try to keep our business & work something out. Rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable enough to know when a roof needs replaced and cannot be fixed. |
