| Michael Webb | About a month ago when one of the really strong storms came through I had a leak through my ceiling. I was a bit concerned wondering how my new roof from a year and a half ago could be having this problem. I texted Matt about that and said I'd need help the next day to run it down. To his credit his team of people was out the very first thing in the morning. They evaluated things and found that my upstairs windows were leaking. Not a big shock - I've had another window on this house prior to Andrews Services that I had to have taken care of for the same reason. So basically this problem was not related to their work. I was actually happy about that because they have been the first roofing contractor I've had that I've really felt good about. I asked them when they would be able to get somebody out to fix this as I clearly pulled delayed them from another job to look at this. Matt left one of his people here who spent the day taking care of this problem. Since that time we've had at least 2 other storms that were as strong and their work just like the roof has been solid and taken my stress away. I was happy to recommend this company when my roof was finished, and I'm happy to do so again. They have my heart-felt thanks for their expedient and good quality service. Thanks guys! |
