TM Construction Ohio LLC – Roofing Contractor in Lancaster, Ohio

This is the first time that we had hired them. But they proved they're work was very honest. And they made it affordable for us to except them with the honest estimate that they had given us. Their workmanship was beautiful. I'm very pleased! I would be very happy to refer others to their company, not to mention , if at any time in the future , if we'd need work done again, they would be my first call.

I posted on a Hilliard FB group asking if anyone knew/recommended someone on closing up a flight of stairs that are open. TM construction replied stating they can do this for me and to message them to set up an appointment for a free estimate. I messaged them and they responded fairly quickly, set up an appointment, gave them my number and address and was told Donnie would be the one coming to my house. Well when it came to the appointment time Donnie was a no show. I had to reach out to them on what happened. No one ever reached out to me or called me to say something came up. Donnie apologized said he would make it up to me and we proceeded to make another appointment and again gave him my number and address and he informed me if anything came up he would reach out to me to let me know. Appointment day came and Donnie was a no show, didn't even have the professionalism to call me. I yet again had to reach out to them asking what happened. Took forever for a response, didn't even sound sorry and they've been busy with projects and something about a car wreck. I get things come up but how about you call me? Be professional. I called the next day left a message about setting up another appointment have yet to get a call back, Donnie also said via FB messenger let's look at this week for days and times and when I responded he still has yet to respond to me. So for those looking for projects to be done around your house think again before calling TM Construction because they clearly have no manners or professionalism and I have all the communication saved on my messenger as proof of what a joke it is. I was patient and very kind with holding back on what I really wanted to say during the communication. I'm a nurse and my spouse is a cop we have an 8month old looking to close our stairs up to make it safe. We are busy and setting up appointments is something of importance especially with what is currently going on with the pandemic. Sorry you don't view or value my time seriously.

As an investor it was great working with Tom because you made my renovation possible without going broke. The work was completed much sooner than anticipated. The ultimate goal as an investor is to complete all home renovations projects within budget, on time, and with high standards. The crew is young, vibrant and has great attitude. I will continue to use you guys. Thanks sir!
