I had them put a new roof on my house.. had it done in a day and a half. I checked for nails in the driveway and didnt find a single one. Only a couple stragglers on a lower roof. Very pleased with the job.

TMK Construction just completely remodeled my office. They were on time and on budget. The man in charge had some great suggestions - took the time to explain and also listen to what I needed, providing solutions that increased the use of the space. Now we have TMK lined up to do the additional work on other offices. Highly recommended...

I had a fantastic experience with this company.В  I was accepted into the Earthquake Brace & Bolt program in May but waited until August to get the work done.В  TMK was perfect throughout the entire process.В  They were easy to communicate with, explained everything in detail, did the bolting as well as foundation repairs and charged a very reasonable price.В  They were less expensive than the other company I interviewed and did a little bit more work.В  The other company found an issue under the house that TMK hadn't identified.В  When I brought it up to TMK, without hesitation they said they would do that work too, at no extra charge.В  The men who came to do the work were easy to talk to and did a very efficient, precise job.В  The city inspector who came was very detail oriented and wanted to conduct the inspection with the project manager present, so we had to set up an additional time for both of them to be there.В  We passed inspection with flying colors.В  TMK handled every aspect of the estimate, bolting, repairs, inspection and city requirements, including uploading all the required documents, all at a very fair price.
