Consumer beware!!! Total Restoration was hired to perform repairs at our church resulting from a water pipe burst. They demanded money upfront, which was paid to them May of 2019, and still have not completed repairs 2-19-20. The owner walked out on a meeting when he was unable to provide answers as to the progress of the repairs. Attempts have been made through a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau to contact Total Restoration for a solution, with no response resulting in no response form Total Restoration and the pulling of their BBB accreditation. If Total Restoration is willing to take thousands of dollars from a church, do not be mislead in thinking they will not do the same to you. Do not use Total Restoration they will take your money and run. This company has several complaints and lawsuits against them that can be found under the Medina Court system. The owner has decided to move his operation to Parma, 4711 Brookpark Rd Cleveland, OH 44134-1013. Consumer beware research him thoroughly and all complaints. You will find a pattern to the way in which he takes peoples money. They will lie to your face and never take ownership of their issues. If you still decide to use them get everything, and I mean everything in writing, and do not put any money up front. I would leave zero stars if possible

We had a really good experience with John and Total Restoration. We had all our rooms on the second floor painted and our mantle stained, at a very fair price. They cleaned up after themselves and came back to touch-up some spots that needed an extra coat the rooms were outrageously bright colours that were hard to cover.
