I went outside to see that some of the gutter straps were broken and the gutters were over flowing onto the ground an into our basement. I called Conley Exteriors and couldn't be happier. I spoke to Tim the owner, which was nice because I was able to speak directly to the person who made the decisions and would actually do the work. No subcontractors lol. Tim was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Was quick to fix the straps, clean the gutters, and installed excellent gutter guard to keep this from happening again! Tim was thorough and very informative. Its nice to have the piece of mind of not having to worry about our basement again! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!! |
