Pat Rzonca	I would never use this company again. Called them for issues with both toilets. Two plumbers came. Said one toilet needed a new part and one needed to be replaced. They would order the part and toilet and be back in a week. Almost 2 weeks later I called and nothing had been done. They sent another plumber, who still didn't have the part, took 2 hours to get it. Decided replacement toilet was a bigger job. So rescheduled that for 2 weeks out. I called the day of the appointment to confirm and was told they would need to cancel for that day. I told them if they cancelled not to come at all. They managed to come out and complete the job. I would not recommend Certified to anyone!
