Technician found that my chimney was completely blocked and we had to shut down usage of the furnace immediately. He was going to perform maintenance and inspect the furnace but I would need a chimney sweep to clear my chimney blockage. He never pressured me into replacing my 30 year old fuel oil furnace, which is what I expected he would do. So, he gained my trust. Instead of having him work on the furnace, I went ahead and had him order me a new one. They gained my trust, respect, and all future business because of the no-pressure tactics and his thoroughness in checking and explaining everything to me. The service company I had inspect my furnace 2 months ago obviously missed a HUGE issue that honestly couldn't have killed us because of the CO being emitted in my home. I am so glad I called.
