Chief Construction LLC – Roofing Contractor in Ravenna, Ohio

Chief Construction helped my family get our roof paid for through insurance when it was originally denied. Don't know what I'd do with out them! Thank you Anthony and staff. The workmanship was great and the guys were professional.

Would not recommend for insurance claims. Typical general contractor -great customer service up until the point they secure your business. They'll come in right at your insurance claim amount and then skimp out on the work they think they can get away with not doing - while of course charging you for it. In addition, they like to no call, no show and then show up whenever they feel. We actually had a crew member show up unannounced at our house at 8:30 on a week night to wrap up the project. That was comforting. Overall, the quality of the work was average - not great, not horrible. Just know what you are getting into, lookout for yourself and know that there will be babysitting. Our project has been wrapped up for a month now and we are still going back and forth with them to get our insurance company what they need.

Chief is great! Anthony was so kind and detailed with explaining everything to us and was always accessible if we had any questions. The owner, Chris was on site also. What a great team they have!
