They didn't show up, the subcontractors would quit in the middle and Carrara wouldn't tell you, they LIE all the time-to the point I had to tape each conversation. They broke every appliance in my kitchen by pulling them out of their nook by the handles. The only way we could get someone on the phone is if we 3 way called with our insurance. They would work a day 5 hour shift! and not return for weeks. We have so many issues right now that have gone bad-1 year after they “finished”. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE!! |
